Cristian tried toscam mein toopening anaccount with him when Iwas just there topick upmy Self Installation equipment. Heclaimed there was an“error message” onmy account and hewould have toset upa whole new order. Icalled customer service and they asked tospeak tohim and then the “error message” that was onmy account magically disappeared and hehanded over myequipment. Iwonder how many “new accounts” he's opened that were just people who's time hewas wasting.

This site isairways clean and quiet, which iappreciate. Onmy last visit, Iwas switching over myMobil phone service and they were very helpful. Wewere assisted byYaya who did agreatjob, working through every issue weencountered. Technology always acts uparoundme, and switching myphone line over was noexception. When weencountered aproblem she'd never seen before, she reached out totech support and worked with them until the issue was solved. Ittook awhile, but Iappreciated Yaya's persistence.… – show

Went into return myequipment and cancel myservices ask manager ifeverything was okay and mycharges would not beadded onmy bill because equipment was inalready the manager said everything was taken care ofbut tomy surprise Iwas build ina few days 600plus dollars and the original bill was 400and ifI didn't realize intime that henever cancel myservices Iwould have had topay the whole total of6Plus dollars Ifind that unacceptable the Spectrum Iwent towas onSteinway and Astoria Ihad toDan call the main office and have them speak tothe manager soI advise everyone tobe where the managers will say anything and donothing Ialso told him totake out 250for mybill hetook out 450everything was rectified days later because ofmy fast reaction Iadvise all customers tobe aware ofwhat they say toyou because what they say isnot what they do… – show

Absolute garbage. Picked upa device from this store since the old one died. They sent me3more. Been waiting for over anhour toreturn items. Check intablet isbroken, people being called randomly and sporadically, the staff issuper slow and not helpful atall. Yes it’s important tohave fun while working but you must actually work! The manager istrying but come on .

Worse customer service, the asian lady that was there was horrible. Didnt helpme, first she told methat she would assure methat ican gothe next day topick upmy phone then she turns and says that shes not sure. They need totrain there employees better inorder toensure that uscustomers are ingood reliable hands. Icouldn't continue with her and asked for someone else tohelpme. The whole time she was just laughing, HATED HER CUSTOMER SERVICE
